Who We Serve
Although the Montana Consensus Council was created in statute as an entity of state government, our mandate is to function as a neutural third party for the interaction among stakeholders in the discussion of public policy and the resolution of conflicts.
The Montana Consensus Council is an entity of state government designated to serve the legislative and executive branches of state government to function more effectively, by resolving workplace and public policy conflicts before litigation becomes necessary.
